Refund Policy

1. Overview

LekSync is free to download and use. We offer optional Premium subscription tiers that unlock features such as higher receiver limits. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and any statutory withdrawal rights work. Nothing here limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country in which you reside.

2. Google Play Subscriptions

All paid subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Refund requests for purchases made through the Google Play Store are governed by Google's refund policies in addition to this policy.

You can request a refund directly from Google within 48 hours of purchase as follows:

  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
  3. Find the LekSync purchase and tap Refund.

3. After 48 Hours

If more than 48 hours have passed since your purchase, you may still request a refund directly from us. We evaluate such requests case-by-case. Typical grounds we accept include:

  • The App failed to deliver the purchased features due to a technical issue we could not resolve within a reasonable time.
  • You were charged accidentally, or for a subscription you did not authorise.
  • You experienced a billing error.

To request a refund, email leksync.official@gmail.com with:

  • The email address associated with your LekSync account
  • The Google Play Order ID (visible in your Play Store purchase history)
  • A brief description of the issue

We respond to refund requests within 5 business days and, where approved, issue refunds through the original payment channel.

4. EU / UK / EEA Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days of the purchase, without giving any reason.

However, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and corresponding UK law), this right of withdrawal is lost once you begin using the digital content — that is, once LekSync has started providing you with the Premium features you purchased. By activating Premium or using any Premium feature during the 14-day period, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw.

If you have not used any Premium feature and are within the 14-day window, email us at leksync.official@gmail.com from the email on your account and we will process the refund without deduction.

5. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your LekSync Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period and then revert to the free tier.

To cancel:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select LekSync and tap Cancel subscription.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Free trials and promotional periods (no charge was made).
  • Subscription periods that have already been consumed or expired.
  • Subscriptions revoked due to violation of our Terms of Service, including fraudulent referral activity.
  • Any portion of a subscription used after the 14-day EU/UK withdrawal window where applicable.

7. Free Trials Granted by Referral

Promotional credits or trial periods received via referral codes are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and are not refundable in cash.

8. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Google Play to charge your payment method for each renewal at the then-current price.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you through the App or email. The policy in effect on the date you complete a purchase governs that purchase.
